WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3.02 of the City Charter, KennethlPeterson was appointed
Acting Mayor in the event of the absence or disability of the 1�[ayor; and
WHEREAS, there are occasions when both the Mayor and Kenneth P�terson are absent;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in the absence of both the Mayor and
Kenneth Peterson, Thomas Welna shall serve in the role of Acti�ig Mayor.
