This resolution is based on the record of proceedings �e re the Administrative
Law Judge, including the hearing on January 28, 1991, the docu '�ts and e�ibits

1991, and the deliberations of the Council in open session. It is �xpressly noted that the
licensee did not appear on his own behalf or send any written st�tements challenging the
Report of the AIJ. The Findings of Fact and Conclusions of La�v contained in the
Report of the ALT, as amended by the Council and attached he�eto as Exhibit A, are
attached hereto and are expressly incorporated in and made a p�rt of this resolution.
A copy of this resolution, as adopted, shall be sent by firs� class mail to the

I wanted to drop you a note to let you know that the Shaws ' � .�`� ,.;,,�`
and signed a promissory note to my parents. The paid $1,50
June, paid $500.00 for July (they were a couple weeks late w `f' t
payment) and prepaid $200. 00 for August. Therea ter they wii;
$200. 00 a month through July, 1992; on August 1, 1992 they wi'k�;; �en
pay the unpaid principal and accrued interest (a 8 percent) . '�'�iey
also signed a security agreement. _
Because of your help and assistance, my parents were able to workb,,{
out these repayment terms. Of course, only time will tell whethf� �
the Shaws will continue to make their payments. I would ask that any�
arrangement with the City to lift the suspension should be expressly
contingent on them making their payments in a ti ely fashion.
