WHEREAS, the acce tance of donations to cit related activ�.ties is

controlled and governed by Chapter 41 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 41 requires the City Council to approve contributions; and

WHEREAS, a contribution of 1�ao Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00� has been made to the
City of Saint Paul by the City and County Employees Credit Un on in return for
space for one column of Credit Union news in all 1991 issues f the City's employee
newsletter "Let's Talk"; and
WHEREAS, the iJiayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Cit Charter, does �
certify that there are available for appropriation revenues i excess of those !
estimated in the 1991 budget; and ;
