RESOLVED, that upon the petition of the City bf Saint Paul , per
Finance Department File No. 5-1991 that part o� Randolph Avenue
lying between Oneida Street and Erie Street , h�reinafter
described , is hereby vacated and discontinued as public property.
The vacated area is described as follows; '
