WHEREAS, the Division of Parks and Recrea ion administers the
applications and grants program established by Ordi ance 409.23 ; and
WHEREAS, the Youth Program Advisory Board was formed to
implement the administration of the ordinance for t e Division; and
WHEREAS, the Youth Programs Advisory Boar met on
July 18, 1991 to establish an eligible list for the 10% Club; and ,
WHEREAS, new applications were approved b� the Youth Programs
Advisory Board;
