WHEREAS: The Phalen Youth Club has been approved by Coun� il Resolution
to be a member of the Saint Paul Charitable Gam ling 10� Club and
WHEREAS: the Phalen Youth Club is no longer qualified to be on the
10� Club list because of its current status as a licensed
gambling organization in the City of Saint Paul, therefore
be it

Club has recently become a licensed gambling organization ( ulltab sales
at Erick's Bar) and thus is no longer qualified to be on th 107 C1ub List.
