Presented By Referred To Green Sheet # � � 't-� RESOLUTION 41NT P , MINNESOTA � �� Committee: Date Whereas, the City of Saint Paul is co-sponsoring a night of celebration July 8, 1998 for St. Joseph's Hospital recommitment to stay in Saint Paul and; Whereas, the City, Capital City Partnership, Church of the Assumption, Media Raze, and HealthEast aze sponsoring a gala which will include refreshments, music and a ceremony celebrating St. Joseph's Hospital's continued presence in downtown Saint Paul, now therefore, be it Resolved, the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby accept the generous contributions of Capital Ciry Partnership, Church of the Assumption, Media Rare, and HealthEast in defraying the cost of the celebration and appropriates their contributions to that purpose, and; Further Resolved, the Ciry Counci] declazes this event a public purpose where by City employees and officials are allowed to accept invitarions to this gala event in celebration of downtown development, and; Finally Resolved, the Ciry hereby indemnifies Capital City Partnership, Media Rare, Church of the Assumption, and Healtt�East, to the limits of Minnesota Statute 466 from any tort claims arriving out of the celebration on the St. Joseph's Hospital and Church of the Assumption sites.
