Upon retirement,the employee will receive, in addition to all other rights and enefits for which they would be 21 eligible at that time, 10��of annual salary at the actual date of retirement plus 1 0 of annual salary at the actual date 22 of retirement tor each year of service over 25. 23 6. All retirement and severance benefit calculations, including this incentive pay shall be based upon the position 24 held by the employee on July 9, 1991.
