WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has let bids f�a�nstruction of both pavi g, relief sewer and
bike paths on East Shore Drive from Arlington to Larpenteur,..$nd :
WHEREAS, economies and efficiencies are gained by doing all this work under one co tract, and
WHEREAS, this work was originally adopted by City Council Resolution 90-2179, kno n as Log #S-0501A,
S-0510, and S-0504, and 88-1692, Log #C-0501 and S-0501A, and
WHEREAS, there is additional financing from assessment to benefitting properties anc� a cost sharing
agreement with Ramsey County, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,upon recommendation of tl�e Mayor and advice of the Long
Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee,that the Capit2l Improvement Bud'get;as heretofore�dopted and amended
by this Counal is hereby further amended in following particular:
