WHEREAS, Water Pollution Abatement Bond funds were adopted as part..of the City's share of the

additional sewer separation projects, and ,
WHEREAS, the 1987 Combined Sewer Separation Program has eligible costsl� in need of financing,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon fecommendation of the
Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee that the Capital
Improvement Budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council is �ereby further
