WHEREAS, The present polling location at the American Legion Post �6533, 965 Kilburn Street, is going through an impending sale and will not be available for elections due to the purpose and use of the building by the new owners,we must therefore move the polling place to another building. RESOLVED, That for the following precinct the elections shall be held at the place designated within the precinct boundary in accordance with the Minnesota Election Laws and after approval shall be designated as the . official polling location for District 5 - Precinct 14; ORCHARD RECREATION CENTER 875 ORCHARD AVENUE Postal notification shall be sent to all affected registered voters making them aware of their proper polling location due to the changes made.
