It is on the historic register and can be rehabilitated. Given its condition, repair as quickly as possible is important. ' The project was the top priority of the 1991 Community Facilities Task Force. Both the task force and the full CIB Committee recommended transferring balances if they were available in order to do the work in 1991. Major Issues: None for financing; hazardous conditions remain if financing is not approved Fscal Impact: (Current Year and Following Year) Lower risk;use Capital Improvement Bond balances which must be spent by March of 1992 if arbitrage penalties are to be avoided Recommendation: APPROVE Follow-up Recortvnended,If Any: None AICHIN GER/C:\FILESV W ALYSES 0 B/27/91
