Resolu in Approving Implementation of Activities as Part of the
North En. i'artnership-Commercial Urban Revitalization Action Program
WHEREAS in March 2, 1991 the Council of the City of Saint Paul did
amend by Resol ion 91-304 the Urban Revitalization Action Program (URAP)
Guidelines. 1 - amendment requires City Council approval for "each action
involving a l.a , grant or other third party transaction, and every action to
acquire, demoii-h, improve or dispose of real property." ; and
WHEREAS, orth End Area Revitalization, has entered into an Agreement
with the City o' Saint Paul to implement a portion of the URAP program, and do
hereby wish t. ommence with the implementation of activities in accordance
with the Agre- u-nt and the adopted URAP Guidelines, as amended; now, therefore
be it
RESOLVED , that upon the recommendation of the Mayor, the Council of the
City of Saint P:ul does hereby approve the implementation of URAP activities
as described i the attached document entitled "URAP Project
Activity/Impl- u-ntation Schedule" .
