Temporary construction easements on, over and across the westerly 20.00 feet of Lots 4, 5, 6 and 9, Block
3, Brenner Addition No. 2. Said easements to expire December 31, 1999, or at completion of project,
whichever occurs first; and
Permanent slope easements as shown on the map marked No. PV 1000, on �le with the Department of
Technology and Management Services, Real Estate Division, Room 140 City Hall.

Easements will become encumbrances on affected properties. Compensation must be paid for
