3 WHEREAS, the City of Saiut Paul, Division of Parks and Recreation provides
4 opportunities for many youths to participate on organized baseball and softball teams; and
6 WHEREAS, Pepsi Cola Corporation has offered to donate portabie Pepsi coolers and
7 Pepsi drink products to the City for use by youth baseball and softball teams at City Recreation
8 Centers; now, therefore, be it

10 RESOLVED, that the City accepts the generous product donation from Pepsi Cola
11 Corporation and appropriates it for the public use stated above and declares a public purpose in
12 so doing.
