plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey
County, Minnesota; and,

sz behalf of Northern States Power Company, the City, on behalf of Northern States Power Company,
ss waives the right to certain utility easements in the vacated areas as described in the certificate

NOW TIiEREFORE BE IT RE50LVED, pursuant to Secuon 130.06 of the Saint Paul Legisiative Code
and on behalf of the Ciry of Saint Paul and those persons for whom the Ciry has reserved easements,
the Council of the City of Saint Faul does hereby waive and release Utility Easements in the vacated
properry as described above; and,

ii BE IT FIJRTAER RESOLVED, that upon passage of this resolution, the City Clerk is hereby authorized
