lobbies of the Piper Tower in Town Square for City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate city departments have reviewed the Registered Land Survey and found it meets
the requirements of Chapter 67 of the Zoning Code; and
WIIEREAS, a lot split of the properiy was approved on December 31, 1997, by the Planning Administrator
of the Department of Pianning and Economic Development; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County is requiring the applicant provide a new Registered Land Survey to allow
recording of the previously approved 1ot split; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ciry Council accepts and approves the attached
