WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul, Our Fair Carousel Inc. and G.L. Cafesjian
have agreed to relocate Cafesjian's Carousel (A.K.A. Philadelphia toboggan Company
Carousel #33) in the Ci[.y's Como Park; and
Wi3EREAS, the three entities listed above have agreed to share in the cost of
this relocation estimated to be 5900,000; and
wHEREAS, The City has agreed to be responsible for $200,000 of the cost of
this project; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has agreed to provide $100,000 of the City's
contribution to the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul upon
recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement
Committee, that the 1998 Capital Improvement Budget, as here-to-fore adopted and
amend by this Council is hereby further amended in the particulars:
