98-284Council File # �Q � ORIG�NA� Presented Referred To RESOLUTION SAINT PAUL, JVIINNESO�A Green Sheet # �� /5 Committee Date WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on November 26, 1997 authorized the opening of a public comment period from December 6, 1997 to January 12, 1998 for the purpose of soliciting comment on proposed changes in use of HLJD funding for the Lakewood Apartment complex; and 4 WHBREAS, as part of the amendment to HUD on the proposed change in use, Planning and Economic 5 Development staff need to address and respond in written format to the concerns elicited through the public comment period; and 7 WHEEREAS, the City of Saint Paul City Council needs to approve all amendments of proposed changes in use of S HUD monies; now therefore be it 9 12ESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul City Council requests that the Administration, through the Department of 10 Planning and Economic Development provide a written response to the concerns received through the public 11 comment period concerning the proposed change in use of HUD money, and report back to the City Council on 12 Apri129, 1998.
