Mayor Coleman has recommended the reappointments of Major Thomas Hueg and Carol Ann
McGuire to serve on the Metropolitan Aircraft Sound Abatement Council.
At its regularly-scheduled December 2, 1997 meeting, the Metropolitan Aircraft Sound
Abatement Council voted to change its bylaws as they pertain to membership. The City wil(
now have one Public Representative and one Alternate Representative. Originally, the City of
Saint Paul was allotted three Public Representatives and three Aitemates. Terms were
originally two years. Terms are now four years.
