Advisory Committee, states; "The City supports amending the existing resolutions to expand the Committee membership from 21 to 23 members by adding two labor representatives who have public heaith experience, one from the City and one from the County"; and WHEREAS, the Joint Powers Agreement dated December 1997, states that the Joint City - County Community Health Services Advisory Committee Shall continue in effect in accordance with the process in effect at the time of this Agreement uniess otherwise agreed to, in writing, by the parties; WHEREAS, the County Board has approved the amended representation of the appointments to the Joint City - County Community Health Services Advisory Committee; and THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the CHSAC shali be composed of twenty-three (23l members.
