production, a$250 million industry that employs 5,000 people full-time, year-r d and brings significant

WHEREAS the efforts of thi coalition are supported by the AFL-CIO (AFTRA) and the Upper Minnesota
Film Office, as well as ind endent producers, crew, talent, sound stages, production houses, equipment
rental companies, and o film-related services in Saint Paul and across Minnesota, and
