WHEREAS, the Division of Parks and Recreation aclministers the applicants and grants
program established by Ordinance 409.235; and
WHERAS, the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board was formed to implement the
admiuistration of the ordinance for the Division; and
WHEREAS, the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board met on February 19, 1998 to
add organizations to the eligible list for the 10% Club for 1998; and
WHEREAS, these new applications were approved by the Youth Programs Fund
Advisory Board;

will be added to the list for 1998 and may then be eligible to receive direct donations from charitable gambling
organizations.
ADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
Organizations may receive direct charitable gambling donations which will be used to off-set the cost of providing
quality programs for Saint Paul youth.
