1820 Laraenteur Avenue East and 1825 Idaho Avenue East
Gerry Strathman, I.egislative Heazing Officer advised he had spoken with Pat Fish, Fire
Prevention, who was unable to attend today's hearing. Based on that conversation, Mr.
Strathman granted the appeal, provided that carbon monoxide detectors meeting the approval of
the Saint Paul Fire Department are installed and maintained.

The appellant did not appear.
