Fabel has deep personal and familial roots in Saint Paul, where he grew up; and, 2 WHEREAS, Thomas L. Fabel has demonstrated his willingness to serve the public through his 16 year tenure 3 with the Minnesota Attomey General's Office; and, 4 WHEREAS, Thomas L. Fabel has combined his love for Saint Paul with his dedication to public servanthood, by 5 serving as Saint Paul's Deputy Mayor; and, 6 WHEREAS, Thomas L. Fabel, in his term as Deputy Mayor, has demonstrated commitment, honor, integrity, vision 7 and leadership; now, 8 THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED, that in recognition of his steadfast devotion to our city, the Saint Paul City 9 Council does hereby proclaim and declare Wednesday, December 30, 1998 be forever known as: �o Thomas L.
