9 WHEREAS, purchase of the said properties was final ordered on July 22, 1998; and

WHEREAS, the negotiated sale prices of the said properties are, respectively, $85,375.00 and $84,000.00, the said sale
prices being fair and reasonable value as detemuned by an independent appraiser; and
WHEREAS, the Valuation Engineer has recommended the purchase of said properties at the agreed sale prices;
t5 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that, as set forth in the respective purchase agreements, the proper City
n officiais aze hereby authorized and directed to pay to Elmer and Chris Delougherty the sum of $85,75.00 and to Robert C.
�s and Dawn Burlingame the sum of $84,000 for the purchase of the said properties, payment to be chazged to Activity Code
