19 Fireazms, Heckler & Koch, H& R 1871, SigArms and O. F. Mossberg & Sons have recently begun including trigger
20 locks with their new guns they ship to retailers and these manufacturers represent 80% of the new handgun mazket

22 WHEREAS, new gun sales account for slightly more than one-third of the guns acquired by Minnesota residents, the
23 remainder being obtained through gifts, inheritances, gun shows and private gun sales which do not require that a trigger
