It is mutually agreed upon between City and Sheriff as follows that: 1. City shall advance to Sheriff $13,663.43 for the purpose of providing an aftet school reading program at the Mount Airy Public Housing Community. 2. Sheriff shall follow the proposed program plan as specified in the contract with Ramsey County. 3. City sha11 be reimbursed by the State of Minnesota for the $13,663.43 payment to the Sheriff from the State's After School Acriviries Grant Program according to procedures set forth by the State and Ramsey County its fiscal agent. 4. Sheriff sha11 provide to City a11 program evaluation materials as required by the State. 5.
