That the saicl report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $2,809,288 financed by CIB($1,619,800),MSA($608,000)and assessments($581,488). 2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th day of December, 1998 , at 5:30 Ct�ack P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City o£ Saint Paul. 3_ That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place o£ hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
