On May 22, 1997, a City of Saint Paul police car, driven by Glenn Norstrem, was backed up, striking a 1990 Mercedes 300SL,
owned and driven by Joel Revzen. Mr. Revzen was stopped behind Officei Norstrem, waiting to proceed. As a result of the
coflision, Mr. Revzen's vehicle sustained S4,896.85 in damage. 1 have reached a settlement witFi his insurance carrier in Yne
amount of 54,896.85.
