Pazcel i: That part of the Southerly 33.34 feet of Lot 2, Block 3, Kavanagh and Dawson's Addition lying
within the circumference of a circle having a radius of 44.00 feet, the center of which circie lies
on the centerline of Sloan Street distant 49.00 feet Southerly of the intersection of the centerlines
of Sloan Sireet and vacated EastIdaho Street.
Parcel2: That part of vacated Fast Idaho 5treet accruing and all of I,at 1 and, except for the
southerly 33.34 feet, Lot 2, Block 3, Kavanagh and Dawson's Addition lying within the
circumference of a circle having a radius of 49.00 feei, the center of which circle lies on
the centerline of Sloan Street distant 49.00 feet Southezly of the intersection of the
centerlines of Sloan Street and vacated East Idaho Sueet.
Parcel3: That part of vacated East Idaho Street accruing and the Northerly 1736 feet of Lot 29 and
all of Lot 30, Block 4, Kavanagh and Dawson's Addition lying within the circumference
of a circle having a radius of 49.00 feet, the center of which circle lies on the centerline
of Sloan Street distant 49.00 feet Southerly of the intersection of the centerlines of Sloan
Sueet and vacated East Idaho Street.
Parcel 4: That part of the Southerly 23.64 Feet of Lot 29, Block 4, Kavanagh and Dawson's
Addition lying within the circumference of a circle having a radius of 49.00 feet, the center
of which circle lies on the centerline of Sloan Street distant 49.00 feet Southerly of the
intersection of the centerlines of Sloan Street and vacated East Idaho Street.

The Director of Technology having submitted his report in the above matter as
to the amount o£ damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein
appropriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and also having submitted
his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore
be it
RSSOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby
approved.
RE50LVED Fi1RTHER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said
report and for a confirmation of the award of damages made by the Director of
Technology and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber,
in the Court House in the City o£ St. Paul on the 1st day of October, 1997, at the
hour of four thirty o'clock P.M. and that the Director of Technology be and he is
directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
