WHEI2EAS, on September 1, 1992, the Councit adopted CF# 92-1330, which vacated a part of
Wayzata Street west of Rice Street; and
WE�REAS, the said CF# 92-1330 contained an inaccurate legal description for a pedestrian access
easement; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works requests that the said inaccuracy be corrected;
NOW TFIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the foliowing description sha(1 be substituted for the
legal description in Paragraph 4. of the said CF# 92-1330:
that part of the area to be vacated lying within the following described line:
9 Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block Z, Weide's Addition and Rearrangement of
io Paist's Out Lots; thence southerly along the southerly eatension of the east line of said Lot 1 a
ii distance of 8.Q0 feet; thence westerly along a line 8.Q0 feet southerly of and parallel to the south
iz line of said Lot 1 a distance of 115.75 feet; thence southerly along a line 8.00 feet easterly of and
ts parallel to the southerly e�tension of the west line of said Lot 1 a distance of 1 Z00 feet, more or
