Wine On Sale, On Sale Malt, and Food Vehicle (A) licenses (License ID No 89824) held by
Snnone M. Mishulovin, d/b/a The Old City Cafe, located at 1571 Grand Avenue in Saint
Paul, for failwe to pay 1997-98 license fees; and
WF�REAS, The Old City Cafe has arranged for a payment plan for payment of those
license fees; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the denial of the license renewal is hereby suspended during such
tnne as the licensee complies with the payment plan set up with the Office of License,
Inspecfions and Environxnental Protection; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that failure to make any payment directed by the payment
plan in a timely manner shall be grounds for suspension of the license without further adverse
action, and proof of such non-payment may be made by submission of an Affidavit by the
Office of LIEP.
