7 WHEREAS, Neighborhood Development Alliance submitted the attached fmal plat for City Council
8 approval; and

10 WI3EREAS, a public hearing before the City Council was held on August 28, 1996 for the preliminary plat
11 at which a11 interested parties were heard, and the City Counc9l approved the preliminary plat; and

13 WI3EREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the final plat and found it meets the
14 requirements of Chapter 67 of the Zoning Code;

16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached fmal

necessary to allow the new plat to be recorded with Ramsey County subdividing the properiy into 91ots. A
public heuing on the preluninary plat was before the CiTy Council on August 28, 199b, where it was approved.
Council action is required to allow recording of the fmal plat.
