1 WHEREAS, the City Council has previously passed Resolution 92-1572 regarding reclassification of

3 WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to review and redraft this resolution to more accurately and
4 explicitly reflect the City's position; now, therefore, be it
5 RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby rescinds Resolution 92-1572.
