This recommendation is base3 on the following information: License fees were due for the 1997-98 license period by March 31, 1997, in the amount of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750.00). Because the fees were not paid oa time, there is also a late penalty due. As of May 13, 1997, those fees have not been paid. If you do not dispute the above facts, please send me a letter stating that they are true so that the matter can be scheduled before the City Cou�cil for a hearing on the appropriate penalty to be imposed for the violation.
