WI�REAS, The Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Dayton's Bluff Neighborhood Housing
Service has submitted the attached pre]iminary and fmal plat for City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate city deparhnents have reviewed the plat and found it meets the requirements of Chapter
67 of the Zoning Code; and
WIIEREAS, notice of the public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the
City and notices were mailed to each owner of affected properiy and properly owners situated wholiy or partly within
350 feet of the subject pariy; and
WI�REAS, a public hearing before the City Council was held on May 28, 1997 at which all parties were heard, the
Council hauing considered all the facts and recommendations conceming the plat;
NOW,IT�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached pre]iminary and
fmal plat for Dennis Roberts Addition by the Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Dayton's Bluff
Neighborhood Housing Service.

WI�REAS, The Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Dayton's Bluff Neighborhood Housing
Service has submitted the attached pre]iminary and fmal plat for City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate city deparhnents have reviewed the plat and found it meets the requirements of Chapter
67 of the Zoning Code; and
WIIEREAS, notice of the public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the
City and notices were mailed to each owner of affected properiy and properly owners situated wholiy or partly within
350 feet of the subject pariy; and
WI�REAS, a public hearing before the City Council was held on May 28, 1997 at which all parties were heard, the
Council hauing considered all the facts and recommendations conceming the plat;
NOW,IT�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached pre]iminary and
fmal plat for Dennis Roberts Addition by the Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Dayton's Bluff
Neighborhood Housing Service.
