1 WHEREAS, the Division of Parks and Recreation aduuuistezs the applicants and grants
2 program established by Ordinance 409.235; and
3 WHBRAS, the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board was formed to implement the
4 admuiistration of the ordinance for the Division; and
5 WHEREAS, the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board met on May 15, 1997 to add
6 organizations to the eligible list for the 10% Club for 1997; and
7 WHEREAS, these new applications were approved by the Youth Programs Fund
8 Advisory Board;

programs for Saint Paul youth.
