When applicable, USER certifies tnat it has received a certificate of compliance from the Commissioner of Human Rights pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 1986, Section 363.075. The USER, if a Minnesota state agency, agrees to provide voter registration services in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 201.162. This Agreement shall be in force until June 30, 2002, or until amended by muNal consent of both parties. The USER may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by providing 90 days written notice and meetin; all outstanding financial obligations. HESO may ternunate this Agreement with or without cause by providing 90 days written notice to the USER.
