The Graffiti, Inc. program has been existance since 1991. The program has been sinanced
through grants from the public and private sectors, contributions from individuals and
businesses, and in-kind support through donated supplies from 3M for the past four years.
The 3M Company fias once again offered to donate various supplies to be used to enhance the
Graffiti, Inc. program.
