RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR CAPITAL CENTRE PLAZA DESIGN
WHEREAS, the Boazd of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
City of Saint Paul, through HItA Resolution IVo. 96-12/26-6, authorized staff to prepare for
Boazd review a financing plan for the reconstruction of the Capital Centre Plaza; and
WHEREAS, due to the fast track design and construction schedule of Capital Centre Plaza
redesign it is necessary for the City Department of Parks and Recreation to begin design of the
Plaza immediately.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Pau1 that, upon recommendation of the Executive
Director, the budget is amended as follows: •
