Developing specific policy recommendations for the Ciry Council and Housing and 5 Redevelopment Authority (F3RA) Board to assist them in policy and fixnding decisions on housing 6 rehabilitation and historic preservation; 7 2. Developing broad-based guidelines and recommendations regarding history, heritage and historic 8 preservation in Saint Paui; and 9 3.
