PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK, BUDGET, AND TIMELINE 1) LANDLORD OUTREACH Budget: $7,SOQ.QO Project Scope: 1) Update and expand crurent landlord mailing list. 2) Produce and mail quarterly newsletters. Costs to be supplemented by advertising revenue. 3) Mail monthly meeting notice postcards. 4) Produce and mail information / reference / resource packets for members. 2) EDUCATION AND TRAINING Budget: $6,500.00 Project Scope: 1) Hold monthly educational programs and workshops for landlords. Present location lacks accessibility. A new meeting location should be rented on a monthly basis so as to meet the demands of the attendees.
