WHEREA5, the City Council of 5aint Paul has adopted the Saint Paul I.egislarive
Code, Chapter 33.03(fl. Building codes and inspections; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 33.03(fj requires that a Certificate of Compliance be obtained
within six (6) months from the date of the original inspection; and
WHEREA5, the City Council may extend the initial six (6) months by an additional
six (6) months if it can be shown the work is proceeding expediriously and is
more than 50% completed; and
WHEREAS, the owner of 659 Carroll in the City of Saint Paul, has requested an
extension of sis (6) months to obtain a Cerflficate of Compliance; and
WHEREAS, the work at 659 Carroll is 51% completed and proceeded
e�cpeditiously; and
FINALLY, WfIEREAS, the Building Official recommends approval of the six
(6) months extension; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of Saint Paul grant the properry owner of
659 Carroll in the City of Saint Paul an extension of six (6) months
from 04-25-97 to 10-25-97 to obtain a Certificate of Code Compliance.
