The Thomas-Dale District 7 Planning Council, Inc. (District 7) has rehabilitated properties
through the Sherburne Initiative and has awarded home improvement grants to neighborhoad
residents based upon sales proceeds £rom those properties. The District Council has worked
closely-with the Saint Paul.Home Loan Fund to,implement their grant program and would like
the flow of tunds to go through the City. Therefore the Sherburne Initiative URAP contract
needs to be amended by the amount of program income District 7 wants to return to the City
for processing as grants.
ADVANTAGES IF APPROVEO:
District 7 is able to successfully comolete the-Sherburne Initiative in cooperation with the
