Therefore the Sherburne Initiative URAP contract needs to be amended by the amount of program income District 7 wants to return to the City for processing as grants. ADVANTAGES IF APPROVEO: District 7 is able to successfully comolete the-Sherburne Initiative in cooperation with the Home-Loan Fund.
