The single family dwelling at 1801 Case is being rehabilitated under provision of the Nuisance
Buildina ordinance. The owner has a medical condition which may limit his capacity to work at
100% (as per doctors report) and it prevented him from meeting the normal requirements for an
extension under the Vacant Hazardous Building Ordinance. The work is only 5% completed, but
it is our recommendation that a six (6) month extension of the completion time be granted the
owner.
