Mr. Phan had the directional right-of-way at the time of this accident. As a result of the collision, Mr. Phan sustained a herniated lumbar disc. Mr. Phan also missed work for nine months following this accident. I have reached a settlement with Mr. Phan's attorney in the amount of S8073.89.
