The contract provided that the EEOC would pay the DHR for each employment discrimination case (Title VII, ADA, ADEA} that the DHR investigated when the case was dual filed with the EEOC. The EEOC has expressed a desire to continue the contractual relationship with the DHR for the 1996-1997 fiscal year. The Depariment of Human Rights is xequesting authorizarion to execute the contractual agreement with the U.S. EEOC for the 1996-1997 fiscal year. The contract is for an estimated amount of $21,200.00.
