Mr. Scanlan was proceeding south on Robert Street a�d braked his vehicle in an attempt to avoid coiliding with the police car. As a resuit of the coilision, Mr. Scanlan's vehicle was a total loss. I have reached a settlement with his insurance carrier in the amount of 57,349.52.
