WHEREAS, Chapter 33.03(� requires that a Certificate of Compliance be obtained
within six (6) months from the date of the original inspection; and
WHEREAS, the City Council may extend the initial six (6) months by an additional
six (6) months if it can be shown the work is proceeding expediuously and is
more than 50% completed; and
WHEREAS, the owner of 916 E. Rose in the City of Saint Paul, has requested an
extension of six (6) months to obtain a Certificate of Compliance; and
WHEREAS, the work at 916 E. Rose is 65 % completed and proceeded
expeditiously; and
FINALLY, WHEREAS, the Building Official recommends approval of the sie
(6) months extension; therefore be it
RFSOLVED, that the City Council of Saint Paul grant the property owner of
916 E. Rose in the Ciry of Saint Paul an extension of six (6) months
from 04-02-97 to 10-02-97 to obtain a Certificate of Code Compliance.
